◆ Motivation : Motivation is inner force that drives one to act to achieve a goal or an end result. Thus, Motivation is an internal matter to the candidate.It provide the driving force to do a job well. A candidate has internally feel charged to win the battle for success in the interview. whatever we do in life, we do it with the motive.The factor that provide us with the motive are called Motivator.For the interview, it is the quality and attractiveness of the job offer that act has important motivators. There are another motivated that influence ones thinking and action, such has needs and career goals.
● Communication : communication is the mean to convey and convince the interviewer about your suitability. Communication is a two-way process between the interviewer and you, where you have to listen and understand the question and then convey your answer in the clearest possible way. This communication process take place in a dynamic and external situation which is influenced by time, place, mood of the communication communicator, happening, external disturbance like noise etc. To secure a job, it is not enough to feel strongly motivated ; one has also to make effort to effectively communicate one's ability and suitability to the interviewer. More about the communication process and its influencing factor will be discussed under the heading “Communication”.
● Abilities and Aptitude : These refer to your various Personal qualities and level of compentence that are essential some basic abilities, but this list in in no way complete. Many of you have unique qualities which will be useful to present your case during the interview. So it's important to know the quality you have, and then make a mental arrangement of them in a manner that will impress the interviewer. In One's preparation, there should also be effort made to unearth one's a week area and then improve upon those areas. However, care should be taken to cover up those area in the interview process as far as possible. Knowing one's abilities and aptitude give the candidate confidence
